I've been perusing the list archives for tbudl, tbtech, and tbbeta but I can't find a solution to the TB! "some tasks are active" problem. I've tried setting IMAP servers to disconnect, entering /EXIT from the command line, looking for the .IPC file, etc. I don't seem to have any extraneous temp files.
But I _cannot_ get TB! to shut down. This is very irritating, as when I do a force quit with Task Manager I lose some of my preference settings. Has anyone found a solid solution to this?
