Thats a real pain...  but you know that you can get in the USA some
free websites with server space included and as long as its not
massive downloads/uploads (ie open ftp) its quite handy to drop files
off to be collected by a friend or whatever.
Or as in our case where the end server is in germany and trying to ftp
from Thailand to germany is very very slow so we ftp it daily to the
USA and then they pick it later up from Germany, fix things up and
send it back the same route.

You can obviously  also use a nice Trojan with password on it and claim to
be infected if they catch on (g).
There is really no difference between a proper server and running a
trojan server as far as file transfers go....
I happen to know someone getting around a similar problem in this way
and sofar no problems. On the other hand he told me so many other
systems are really infected that probably nobody notices his.
if you can trust the other site, which obviously is the catch.

Anyway, consider using winrar to split files in equal sized pieces and
send those, one per email.. if you crash you only have to redo a small
file not a huge file.
