Not only if you don't have time to make all the flopies at once, it's
also usefull if you only have a limited amount of flops, but the most
important reason to do this _all the time_ is an extreme difference in
speed...
You can save tons of time if you create them first on hd & copy them
later...
This has something to do with flop-drives: they use an extreme amount
of processor-time for any i/o operation...
