It does support multiple line cookies. The cookie in the file will be
one line but the '\n' limiter will create a new line so that for
example:
Artificial Intelligence \n is the study of how to make real computers \n act like the
ones in movies.
will look like this when put in your message:

act like the ones in movies.

The keyboard shortcuts for Agent are actually better in that they are
more ergonometrically thought out. I therefore use the mouse a little
with AIM Keys to ease the problem.
