This wasn't a definition of any kind:-)) I just wanted our 
listeners to get the whole idea, *how* these subpatterns work 
and what each of them returns:-))

Of course! But how on the Earth can a user understand all this 
from the first glance? *I* personally didn't! I first of all put all 
these "subpattern: %SUBPATT="n"" strings into my template, 
then looked how it works, and only *then* finally was able to 
"catch" the whole idea...

They are NOT on the macro list, but they're already in the help 
file! BTW, Stefan told us on TBBETA that he's going to add this 
feature, so when 1.38e was released I looked through help file 
for pointers --- and found them in a pair of minutes... 

Now I want "global" matching --- and I'll be pretty happy with all 
this!
