Well, I have to admit that I don't know how to fix it with TB, but...
actually I seem to *know* how to fix it with Pegasus. Tools
-->Internet Settings-->Dialing-->No explicit dialing support.
This assumes it's version 3.11+. For the older version, the
same option is somewhere under Tools-->Options.
