Yup,  CompuServe will let you dial in wherever as well (I had a German
CS  account,  dialed in in France, Netherlands, UK...). The only thing
is  that  you have to look up all the local numbers before you go on a
trip,  as  well  as  carrying  all  those phone and power plug changer
paraphernalia! ;]
