    Yes, it is.  Why the extra >?  You're server is using the mailbox format
which uses "^From " as the marker between text (^ is regex for "beginning of
line).  To ensure that you don't get a mangled message whenever "^From "
appears in the body of the message, it is prepended with...  >  :)
