Ok, I've finally got one that does what I like best. See my From line
to get a sample of what this looks like. Of course the From and
Folder From names are the same, but it should work otherwise.
%From=""%From="%FROMNAME <%FromAddr> (By way of %FOLDERFROMNAME ""%FOLDERFROMADDR"")"
It seems to do the trick in every case. :)
