No Tony it doesn't actually... I just tried it. Marking a _message_ as
high priority will cause the _message_ envelope to be red, but the
screenshots I was referring to, actually show red _folders_... but it
might be tied in some way to previous editions where indeed a high
priority message causing the receiving folder to be red, as well as the
message envelope itself.
