Hey, people, what are we talking about? Outbox? If so, then red outbox
*is*  equivalent  to any other folder containing unread messages. This
red  color  of  outbox  has  nothing  in  common  to any high priority
messages!

If  you  are  talking  about  red  INbox, then I would be happy to get
informed how to do this...
