 All you need to do is delete the appropriate value from your registry
 and TB will automatically import your old message bases.  The
 appropriate registry setting is under,

 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!

 Delete the value,

 MessageBaseVersion

 This should do it.
