Hello TBUDL,

Now I know this has been covered before but as I've never
reinstalled Windows and TB I didn't take a great deal of notice.

I've just installed Win98SE, using Windows backup I made a backup of
my whole previous C drive beforehand.

I reinstalled TB and then restored the original from the backup. So
far so good, everything restored fine, settings accounts etc. Just
one thing is refusing to restore as it was before and thats the
  address book.

I've restored TB's registry entries from a backup which has restored
everything back to exactly how it was before except the address
  book.

If I create a new message I can click the down arrow in the TO field
and get the list containing dozens of previous addresses I've sent
to. This helps with the email addresses but not with all the
  templates I had set up.

All the import options I've tried won't work as TB doesn't appear to
have the option to import an address book in it's own format, other
  than from version 1.

Can anyone please tell me how/if I can recover my address book from
either a .qic backup or from a complete uncompressed backup of the
  TB on a zip disc.
