When printing messages that I have either sent or received, I want
the "CC" line to appear. However, I am unable to get the names of
the recipients and their e-mail addresses to appear. Currently,
print setup is as follows:

%CC=""%BCC=""-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
    From: %FromName <%FromAddr>
      To: %ToName <%ToAddr>
      CC: %CCName <%CCAddr>
    Date: %ODateEn %OTimeLongEn
 Subject: %Subj
  Folder: %FolderName/%AccountName
-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
%Text

-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

I guessed what should go in the CC line, since that was not part of
the default template. I obviously guessed wrong since what prints in
the CC line is the following:

CC: <>

In other words, only the right and left arrows appear, and not the
actual addresses. What do I put in the CC line of the print setup to
insure that the names of all individuals that are CC'd and their
addresses appear? I want this to be the default for all printed
messages.

Thanks.
