Hi Thomas and Miguel, Monday, March 14, 2011, 10:46:11 AM, Miguel wrote in response to my query about how to get a CC line to appear and include all individuals in the list when printing an e-mail message and how to get it to automatically not appear when there are no CC'd individuals::

First, thanks to you both for taking the time to respond. I am not sure that there is any difference between %CC and %CClist, since they both will list all of the names on the list. Alas, my law school training did not include a course on writing macros or templates [:-)] and the degree of detail is a bit beyond my comprehension without a lot of study. I found the titles by Januk Aggarwal, but didn't see anything about getting a CC or BCC line to automatically disappear when those fields are empty. TheBat! Wiki (which I didn't know existed) looks interesting and, in the long run will help me to learn how to utilize the power of The Bat. However, after spending time perusing macros and templates and a few other areas, I didn't find anything that would automatically include a CC or BCC line depending upon whether or not a field is empty. If someone can spell out for me exactly what I should put in the template to accomplish this, it would be very much appreciated.
