This works only if you have the same directory structure and disk
names.

Another way is to use the internal backup function (under Tools) and
create a .tbk file. Move this file to a removable disk.

On the new computer, downlaod and install TB!. It will ask you whether
you want to restore and create a new (first) account. Choose "restore"
and point to that file (of course you would need to either copy the
.tbk file onto the new computer first or keep the external hard drive
connected.)

I have done this a couple of times.
