Tried that, but it didn't help.

I asked for a POP access. Instead, they gave me these for an Exchange
client:

Select Microsoft Exchange Account;
Domain: \thomas.fernandez
Exchange server: xxx.org.uk

Domain? TB! does not ask for that...
