Or perhaps mirror all of your incoming filters as outgoing filters...
I have a default filter that tosses everything in the trash if it's
not otherwise filtered, so it would be easy to do on my installation,
but ymmv.
Regardless, it would be a nice feature for some who like to do this (I
can't stand it, personally, but I can see the appeal).
