Got it. Thanks. But it can't be set on a folder by folder basis, a
rather inflexible design on a otherwise extremely flexible program,
rendering it much less useful.

Yup. Shame on me--some who brags how long he's been using Agent. :)
As an excuse, though, I never use it for email.
