Hello Januk,

On Friday, August 04, 2000 at 21:11:15 GMT -0700 (which was 9:11 PM
where I live [I would hope]) I typed:

I can also reproduce this behaviour in a new message. Create a new
message with just a couple lines of text. Make sure it is short
enough so that there are no scroll bars. Now hit the page down key.
Notice that the text disappears, but there are no scroll bars.
This also occurs with the horizontal scroll bars, but that's usually
 a little more obvious.

You can also see similar behaviour even if you have a message with
more than one screen of text. Go to the end of the text and hit page
down. Notice that the scroll bar doesn't change size. By simply
clicking on the scroll bar, you are brought back to the end of your
 text.
