You may do it per Thomas or Marck's instruction. However, please do
use some sort of prefix when replying mail. The replies I got from
you so far have had no prefix marks at all, making it difficult to
distinguish which part is from you. It's especially true in a public
discussion list like TBUDL.

I don't really get this. TB doesn't create .msg files when importing
mail. You must have used the "export as message files" function,
right? Well, if Eudora can import .eml files (I'm not sure Eudora
3.05 can, new versions should), you may rename all the .msg into
.eml files and import them as that. They are the same.
Or, the easiest way is to use the "export to unix mailbox" function,
and name the output file as .mbx. Eudora should read them just fine.
The message separator (the "From" line starting each message) is a
little different, but Eudora should have no problem handling it. If
it does, then you'll have to change it with a text editor first.
