That works, but you still have to press three keys
(Ctrl+Alt+Z). Isn't it much easier to do this, or do I miss

Hit reply. The person or list that you reply to, will
appear in the To field.
At the end of the To line, you see three icons:
- a down arrow that, when clicked, shows the history of
your recent addressees;
-->a blue left-pointing arrow that actually adds the
current address to the address book straight away
- a book icon, that brings up the address book.
