My story is similar to many others I think, I was using Forte
Agent but needed to use several accounts, I didn't want to use
OE, and I certainly didn't want the ads in Eudora. So I tried
some clients, and like many others, I immediately fell for the
template capabilities in TB.

Since so many witness that this feature is what made them give TB
a chance, I really think that dev team should give priority to
simplify the use of them, take away glitches, and supply better
documenting. It's a strong feature for bringing in more users. I
think that many who like me not really would define themselves as
"power users" (whatever that is) still find this and other
"advanced" features very useful.

I think that these are very wise words. I fail to see why taking
user interface issues more into account would make TB a lesser
"power tool". If a completely re-written v2 will add even more
confusion for the new users, well...

But maybe this is kicking in open doors? :-)
