The point is that they won't discover the power because they'll look at
the interface, go "ugh" and move on to another program. It's mostly
about usability, but it's also about aesthetics. The aesthetics have an
effect on how willing people are to spend time with a program.

That's interesting. What resolution do you use on your monitor? What
else might affect it?

OK. I didn't realize that, but it's a large topic alone.

I personally hate dealing with PDF files, but regardless I don't think
this is an acceptable substitute for online Help. The Help file itself,
though, could be a separate download if anyone doesn't want it.
