Hello TBUDL,
Ok, I admit it, my wife is a mail list junkie. She gets >200
messages a day, usually >500.
So, when she had problems with one message with a large attachment
blowing her Outlook mail download(she is slowly migrating to the
bat, gotta register a couple copies soon) I suggest using the mail
dispatcher to find the message and kill it, along with the 200+
messages she already downloaded
Frankly, I was a bit disappointed. Sure, she can use the dispatcher
to remove messages ONE BY ONE. However, she wanted to select around
200 of them in sequence and flag em all for deletion. The Bat
doesn't support that, its either singularly or all of em.
So, here is hoping this UI oversite will be fixed in the future.
Otherwise a fine program, I have yet to find many items to
improve(well, I'd like XTDN XMIT implemented for POP3 mail sends,
but thats due to the funky way Netzero works. They only let you use
their SMTP servers when connected to their network).
