To me it is a strange setup. If I select multiple messages in a folder's
message list, I can right click the selection and apply any of the menu
options to all the messages selected.
I'd think that for the message dispatcher, you'd be able to select
multiple messages, as you would, messages in the folder list view and
then apply flags as needed in the same way that flags may be applied
globally.
