As the messages are matched with previous filters they're no longer
subjected to further filter rule matching. By the time messages are
bypassing all the other filters and reaching these last two filters,
they're either spam or messages addressed directly to me for which I
haven't created filters. These two last filters segregate these
messages. The first keeps the messages addressed to me in the inbox and
the last will move the 'dregs' (unknown messages, BCC'd to me, which wre
invariably spam at this stage) to my SPAM folder.
