Did you actually lose sight of this Folder... did it actually disappear?

Then I would have to agree with what has already been said... that it
quite possibly is a viewing problem. I don't know if views can set on a
per folder basis, but highlight the folder, then check View/Display and
see if "All messages" is checked.
If the messages were inadvertently deleted, then Ming-Li's suggestion of
Folder/Browse deleted messages should work.
