Hello and help!
I was deleting old mail and was emptying the trash when it caused my
system to lock up.. So, I rebooted and came back. When I did, the
inbox .tbb file somehow got corrupted, although I was emptying the
trash files.
The system sees it as being corrupted, and tries to fix it, but it can
only extract about 20 messages and stops. The file is over 15 megs,
so I know data is still in the file, but I can't seem to access it.
I've deleted the sister file, and it tries to reconstruct it but
ultimately, neither the system or myself can't fix it.
Is there any solution anyone has successfully tried to fix this. I
love this program, but I would think that protection of the critical
mail files would be handled better.
I really don't want to lose this mail! It's business related and some
is fairly important..
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks.
Marty
