On  Tue, 2 Jan 2001  at  21:18:54 GMT -0500 (which was 6:18 PM

Ok, that rules out one possibility.  Do you have any AB templates at
the group level?  I'm not sure how you've organised your AB, so this
is a bit of a wild guess.

Well, Account 1 in TB could refer to your main mail account on server A
      Account 2 refers to server B
      Account 3 refers to server C

Each of these accounts has independent templates, so if you are using
Account 2 when you think you're using Account 1, perhaps that's
causing a problem.  I'm just trying to slowly eliminate possibilities.

Absolutely.  What happens if you insert the greeting QT manually into
a message?
