It is something you need to do when creating the folder. Once you have
set the folders you need to have complying with the account default
(tedious, yes, but one off) then make a change to one and they all get
it.

There is an existing wish-list item to have global folder
modification. But until then, it is a one off operation to bring them
all into line.
