I notice under Options/Editor Preferences you can check the box labelled
"Smart Tabs", but I am unable to find a description of just what a "Smart
Tab" is. If someone sends me a PGP signed message from another Mail
Client, and in that message the Sender uses a Tab marker, then TB!
converts that Tab marker to fixed spaces, and in the process destroys the
PGP signature.
However, if I send myself a Test message where I use a Tab marker, PGP
sign this message and Send it, the received message verifies just fine
with PGP. Obviously there must be a difference between say the Tab markers
used by Eudora, and the "smart tabs" used by TB!. I'm just wondering
what... if any... differences there are.
Thanks for your help.
