Hi Phillip,

On 18 May 2001 at 13:43:03 -0500 (which was 19:43 where I live)
Phillip Winn wrote to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and made these points:

PW> Is this configurable, or just a bug?

A bit of both.

It is easily configurable by setting the "Persistent blocks" and
"Overwrite blocks" settings in the editor preferences.

The "bit of a bug" is that I have no idea on earth as to why the
setting of these options should have been changed by performing an
upgrade.
