That's because Michal is not describing a bug but a "missing feature".
TB's multi-user support is usually achieved by logging into TB itself
with a user name and password. It takes no notice of the current
Windows user identity.

Having said that, TB does use HKCU to store all registry data. By
using multiple mail base folders and configuring separately for
different windows users, it would work perfectly. I don't understand
why Michal is calling it a "bug".
