Hi Michal,

The primary method, and one I use here, is to have separate users (no
groups), each of whom has their own account and log in to TB. Dean has
just written to me off-list pointing out how you can create a shortcut
to launch TB for a specific user and to focus their account requiring
only their own password to open it.
The secondary (and more secure) method is to install a copy (and it
can be the same copy to the same folder taking no extra space on disk)
under each windows user account. This will add a registry entry for
each user. Each one can then be configured to have its mail-base in
the user's home directory instead of in the default location. Voila!
Separate users, separate mail-bases - secure. This setup is more
difficult to maintain though, but everything has a price.

You have alluded to security problems. These are not TB's fault but
those of the OS ISFA under Win9x anyone can access any files except
where third party tools like PGP disk are used.

I thought your boss was concerned about security issues? That's a
contradiction <g>.
