Exactly! That's not a bug. That's a "missing feature" or a "don't like
the way it does it" issue.

I've explained in another message how to make this work using separate
mail base directories for each user. The system is still only as
secure as the OS, and Win9x won't prevent users from looking at each
others mail folders if they are determined. The cure for that would be
the use of Win2k or NT and securing the folders with access
permissions.
