No, it's not. RIT do not read TBUDL. They read TBBETA and their own
bug report submissions. TBUDL is for peer-to-peer support in a "get
you going" sort of way.
If you use "Help / Feedback / Submit a bug report" you will see
clearly marked out areas for telling RIT how to make the error happen.
Unless you can fill these in in such a way that the bug can be
reproduced there is no chance of the problem being cured.
I know from the previous discussions that it was not a bug people
could get to happen easily. You have to be willing to dig deeper if
you want to see it improved.
