Let me then clarify ;-)

I have a laptop and need to switch my SMTP servers in the morning (when I go to work) 
and in the evening (when I get home).

I have two different providers and they will not allow me to relay (which is good for 
anti-spam, bad for mobile users).

So I either need an easy way to switch SMTP servers **or** a SMTP server on my own 
machine (Dell Inspiron 7500/650mhz/256mb ram/Win2kPro)

Thanks for all the suggestions!  I'm keeping a list!
