Well, you can use TB! using PGP Tray which doesn't require any
specific configuration.

If you wish to use the TB! plug-in, you need to ensure that you have
the relevant DLL file. TB!'s plug-in support only works for PGP
versions up to 6.5.8. It doesn't support versions 7.xx.

There are three DLL's available as a download. I'm not sure if they're
included in the basic TB! installation so check if they're in the TB!
installation directory before downloading. They are:

batpgp55.dll
batpgp60.dll
batpgp65.dll

You can download them here:

ftp://ftp.ritlabs.com/pub/the_bat/pgpdlls.zip

After installing PGP and the dll files, in TB!'s main window go to
Tools//Open PGP//Choose Open PGP Version
select the PGP version that you're running and OK. That's it.
