Like my follow-up message said, I didn't delete those two directories after all -- so I lucked out, eh? Those other "directories" (e.g., White Pages) were empty, so I did delete them. Now I'm *really* going to have a drink. Seriously, it looked interesting. I may even give it a try someday.
