Hello Geordon, Sometimes, it's the most simple and obvious things we miss when we try to figure out what went wrong. These may sound stupid, but it never hurts to double-check... 1) If, while you were in your Sorting Office setting up the filter rule, are you sure the focus was on "Incoming" when you hit the "new" rule button? If the focus was on "Outgoing", your *incoming* rule is sitting in your outgoing rules doing nothing. 2) Rules are acted upon in order (top to bottom). Could there be any rules listed above your new rule that may be interfering? 3) While it's probably not necessary to have the recipient address as one of your filtering strings, since it looks like you did use both recipient and subject, did you add the subject string by hitting the "Add" button on the "Rules" tab? Or did you put the second string (subject) on the "Alternatives" tab? ("or").
