I was just forwarding a message to someone, and here's what happened. I hit forward and it puts me int he editor at the bottom of the message text. I highlight all the text I can see ( which is only about 10 lines of a 40-line message). I hit DELETE and the text goes away, leaving me with an empty screen. the right-hand slider bar is not there, making me think there is no text left. yet when I hit the UP arrow, it begins to scroll thru the message again, and magically the slider bar appears ! I had noticed this before ( other message forward), but I thought I had just highlighted the complete message and wiped out all the text, so I quit and reforwarded it. does this make sense ? thanks, Paul
