Thanks to everyone who has offered advice (and even to those who took
the tread elsewhere ... always interesting to see how things mutate in
the wild state. One can never quite predict what happens in a complex
system ;-)

Anyway, all but two e-mail have now gone through. For one I just sent
it to his alternative/work e-dress so problem solved ... until next
time perhaps. For the final one, I dunno what's going on. Nor do I
know what on earth Ben's rather impressive:

output page means. It looks very informative and I would love to have
a brief run down of the stuff that counts. As this is drifting well
