A .zl? file is created by ZoneAlarm, which changes the extension of
certain attachments on incoming messages as a security measure. IMHO,
you should get rid of that program. This will save you much trouble.

Unfortunately, TB! can't filter on attachment names, because the names
are not in the headers of a message, only in the "lower" headers, before
the corresponding MIME part. It's not yet possible to search in these
headers, but it is planned for the new Sorting Office, IIRC.
