I've been using ZoneAlarm for more than 18 months without any trouble.
I think it's great. There are a couple of alternatives (like Tiny),
but I can't see the fact that ZoneAlarm can quarantine suspicious
email attachments as a reason to get rid of it, on the contrary. This
is a feature, not a problem. The feature can even be switched off, if
you really want to.
