Thanks Allie - and all others who have responded. I haven't got round to exploring the AB yet so any information in that area will be welcome, particularly in setting up mail list folders. As a newcomer to TB I'm trying to get it to do everything I want, but of course with a lack of intimate knowledge of its workings, I'm not always doing things the best way.
