I'll do better: Here's a prototype filter that can be used as a manual
filter and uses Ctrl-Alt-R as the hotkey. Just copy and paste it as a
prototype and change the forwarding template as required.

It's not RegEx - just ordinary account macros. Okay - just one regex,
but that's a standard one to sanitise the Subject line and make it a
clean and clear "Re: (original subject)" string.

You can probably add that as a %from=''%from='...' in the embedded
forwarding template.

The template I've done uses the ReplyName and ReplyAddress macros.
