Yep... it's called virus scanning on the mail server ;)  Check the
headers of my email :)  Unfortunately most ISPs aren't even willing to
implement something like this because of various privacy laws etc, and
sheer cost of running something like that, for so many servers, and
accounts.  It'd be very nice if they'd start implementing things like
that, would cut down on the number of viruses so quickly because
they'd never even leave the offending users PC, they'd get filtered on
sending.
