It does a real-time text reflow as you type. If you don't indent the entire paragraph, it will assume that the paragraph isn't indented and just reflow as usual, taking out the leading spaces etc. SP> 2. This is what I want to achieve but I can't unless I manually SP> tab the second line (this line) after turning off auto format, SP> like I've done here. Yes. This is because you didn't indent the first line. The number you initially inserted is part of the line. Furthermore, SP> if I hit 'ENTER' to change the paragraph.. Yes. If you didn't have the numbering and the entire paragraph was indented, you could use autoformat and maintain the indentation. However, with the first line unindented, autoformat will mess things up. You need to disable it when doing this sort of formatting and toggle it back on when you're finished. SP> 3. The cursor is still indented underneath the previous SP> paragraph's text like is the case here. When in fact... This above paragraphs formatting will not be disturbed by autoformat so you could use it as an alternative method. SP> 4. This is what should happen when changing the paragraph. Is SP> there any way to solve, or rather automate, this? No. You have to toggle off auto-formatting if you wish to do this exact sort of formatting. Remember also, that auto-indent will not work unless you indent an initial line. The number placed at the left margin on the initial line of the paragraph makes it unindented. You therefore have to manually indent the second line before the auto-indenting works from then on. The indentation problem isn't peculiar to TB!. However, TB!'s auto-formatting *is* peculiar. - -- -=Allie C Martin=- List Moderator | TB! v1.61 | Windows XP Pro PGP/GPG Public Key: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=2B0717E2 _________________________________________________________________ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iEYEARECAAYFAj0tG3EACgkQV8nrYCsHF+KAXgCeMhKXzZiMWssOHeWfk7SyoI9b LeMAnR+yZh77eSeFQbxFTz6gcsq5NuA+ =B1Je -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________________ Current Ver: 1.60q FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug Reports: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/
