No, but there is an easy way. Type all of your indented paragraphs
without number using auto-format. Text will reflow to the indent
without any problem while you are composing and arranging.

When you're happy that your text is complete, turn off auto-format
(Ctrl-Shift-F) and toggle overwrite mode (Ins) then fill in the
paragraph numbers by over-typing the space.
